INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Using a finely tipped brush or cotton bud, use a small amount of Glitter Fixation Glue to draw whatever shape you wish and then place there the glitter and let it dry.
Rinse with water or with a mild face cleanser even with a demake up tissue.
